
1. Hot blast furnace lining structure distribution.
(1) Vault using vertical hanging chain line structure.
Vault and hot blast furnace wall lining is not connected, the whole is supported by the inner wall of the furnace shell support metal bracket layered bracket. Sliding joints are provided between the vault lining and the furnace wall lining to prevent the destruction of refractory caused by friction between the furnace wall lining and the vault lining due to relative displacement. High temperature internal burning type vault lining refractory brick using plate structure, can abate the thermal expansion of the vault masonry, eliminate the thermal stress damage caused by the temperature difference between the upper and lower.
(2) “Eye” shaped combustion chamber liner structure.
Combustion chamber in the hot air furnace and large wall separation. Set sliding joints using sliding structure, the masonry around the combustion chamber is divided into multiple sections, each section of the masonry can be free to expand.
(3) Self-supporting combustion chamber diaphragm wall structure.
The partition wall adopts the combined self-supporting structure. Sealed high-temperature resistant steel plate is set inside to strengthen its sealing. With heat insulation, sealing, sliding and other purposes.
- Refractory materials for each temperature zone of hot blast furnace.
(1) High temperature zone: the lining of the region above 1200 ℃ using a good stability of silica lattice brick.
(2) Medium temperature zone: the lining in the region from 1200℃ to 1000℃ uses low creep high alumina lattice bricks.
(3)Medium and low temperature zone: low creep clay lattice bricks are used in the region from 1000℃ to 850℃.
(4) low-temperature zone: clay lattice bricks are used for the lining in the region below 850°C.
(5) Top of the furnace grate: using red pillar stone high alumina lattice bricks.
(6) Firewell combustion area: firewell protection wall lining using red pillar stone high alumina brick with good thermal shock resistance.
(7) Burner: the top part of the indented section of the gas passage and the part of the air and gas outlet distribution cap use cordierite bricks with good thermal shock resistance. The lower part of the gas passage indentation section uses heavy clay bricks. High alumina bricks are used in the lower part of the air passage. Clay bricks are used in the bottom area of the burner.
3. Refractory materials used for the lining of various parts of the hot blast furnace.
1). Hot blast furnace vault part lining: the use of refractory materials including silica bricks, lightweight high alumina bricks, lightweight clay bricks, refractory spray coating, etc.
2). Lattice brick lining: high temperature parts can use silicon lattice brick. Medium temperature parts can use low creep high alumina lattice brick. Low temperature parts can use clay lattice brick.
3). Burning chamber lining: high temperature parts are built with silica bricks, light high alumina bricks, light clay bricks, refractory spray coating, etc.. Low creep high alumina bricks, lightweight high alumina bricks, lightweight clay bricks, refractory spray coating, etc. are used for thermal shock parts. And in the upper part of the burner on both sides of the masonry to protect the masonry is not easily damaged by thermal shock high alumina bricks. Low-temperature parts use clay bricks, lightweight clay bricks, refractory spray paint, etc. for masonry.
4. Heat storage chamber lining: high temperature parts use silicon bricks, light high alumina bricks, light clay bricks, refractory spray coating, etc. for masonry. Medium temperature parts use low creep high alumina brick, high alumina brick, light clay brick, refractory spray coating, etc.. Low temperature parts use clay bricks, light clay bricks, refractory spray coating, etc. for masonry.
5. Partition wall work lining: the upper part of the combustion chamber can use silicon bricks. The middle of the heat shock area can use low creep high alumina brick. The lower part can use clay brick. The upper part of the heat storage room can use silicon bricks. Low creep high alumina brick, high alumina brick can be used in the middle . The lower part can use clay bricks.
Barrier wall non-working lining: silica bricks are used in the upper part. Lightweight high alumina bricks are used in the middle combustion chamber side. The heat storage room uses light high alumina brick and high alumina brick. The lower part can use light weight clay bricks.
