Wear resistant castable is a kind of super refractories which is on the basis of high level bauxite aggregate, bauxite clinker and alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement as binder, ultrafine powder as additive, adding the prescribed number of heat resistant stainless steel fiber. Because of its high strength and integrity, it has been widely used in electric power industry. In the fluidized bed boiler is mainly used in the separator straight segment, inlet and outlet of the separator, cone separator, etc.
