Recently, we received a call from a company in Vietnam that needed refractory bricks for furnace repair. The customer’s construction period was short and the delivery time was tight. After communicating with the customer, we arranged for a dedicated person to follow up the project in order to protect the customer’s schedule and construction quality. Our manager led the team to create the project proposal and prepare the required documents. The Vietnamese client had a very high opinion of our service. Three days after we received the inquiry from the client, we quickly confirmed the cooperation.
Under the multiple pressures of epidemic prevention and control and production scheduling difficulties, our factory made production scheduling plans overnight to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan. The factory carries out 24-hour production and at the same time arranges quality inspectors to control the whole production process to ensure product quality. The first batch of customized high alumina bricks has been successfully shipped to the customer’s site. Our company has really realized the shaped bricks to be ready in 7 days after receiving the order.
Our high alumina bricks for hot blast furnace are made of local bauxite as raw material. At the same time, we add other powders, additives and binding agents in proportion to the customer’s needs, and then burn them after batching, mixing and molding. The product has the characteristics of high load softening temperature, good thermal shock resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, slag erosion resistance and so on. It is commonly used in the masonry of blast furnaces, hot air furnaces, steel ladles, rotary kiln linings and other kiln thermal equipment.
At present, the second batch of high alumina bricks required by the customer has been produced and is on its way to the port.
